Running is the best exercise.

In my other blog I mentioned a bit about how I am now trying to get healthy by running and how i bought some good running insoles from nuovahealth. You can read that blog post here. Anyway more to the point im starting up running again and since i started my breathing has gotten a lot more better.. I feel less lazy and have far more energy. I am healthier! It is so cool. I basically started running again only a couple of weeks ago and already I am seeing a huge difference it is remarkable really. At first when i started running my feet would really hurt.. I dont know whether it was because i didn't have enough protection on my feet or my running style was off... but after getting some rather good running insoles that all seemed to disappear which was great! I really advise anyone get running... Its so much fun and so easy and simple to do... you dont have to constantly run fast just run at a pace you feel comfortable with that's all you gotta to do and you will be amazed how much better you will feel thanks to it. Running is by far the best exercise for health.. next i think it is swimming!
